Solution Swarms: Experimenting with Collaboration
At Entrata, internal Utility Billing Specialists utilize custom tools to process utility bills, manage client expenses, and implement new properties onto the platform. I led the primary user research on the project, utilizing research methods such as user interviews, shadowing, card sorting, data queries and usability testing.

Website Builder Redesign
I led the redesign of 3 Step Solution's website builder with the focus of simplification and increased efficiency. Results from our research led us to design a drag-and-drop system in which users could rapidly design and build their website. We successfully reduced the process of adding content to their site from 13 clicks to 2, increasing site-builder efficiency by up to 85%.
